Our residential service we offer is also tailored around our customers, we understand that you may not know how to unplug your computer to take it to a shop and if you do know how to unplug it (that’s the easy bit) there is no saying you will remember where all the wires go when you get it back! With all the wires at the back of a computer this can be a daunting task if you’re not too familiar with your spaghetti junction at the back of your desk! And even if you do know how to unplug and plug it back in, you have to work like everyone else! And when you get home, all the repair shops are closed and then this leads to taking time from your working day to get your system to a shop. Are you ready for a breath of fresh air? That’s right, you read it correctly, you don’t finish work until 5:30 get home about 6:00? No problem we can be with you for 6:30 repair your system in your home usually in less than 1 hour. We will turn up give you a quote, if in the unlikely event you don’t want the work doing, just tell the engineer, and there will be no charge!

Many people call us to ask what sort of computers we repair, for example Laptop’s, Apple Macs, Tablet PC’s the answer is we repair every type of computer and if for any reason we cannot, there is no charge. We also get calls asking where our shop is, the answer to this question is we don’t have a shop, we used to have a shop but we found this to be more of a hindrance to the service we provide. As I am sure you can appreciate, with a shop comes running costs and the shop has to be manned and open all the time, if we are in a shop waiting for people to turn up we cannot be in your home when you need us there. So we decided to ditch the shop and get some cosy offices that you are more than welcome to bring your system to if you desire.
